A Wellness Rewards program is available that rewards your pet's regular and preventative health care. The company is a member of the North American Pet Health Insurance Association.

It allows for a waiting period of two days in case of an accident

When enrolled in an Embrace pet insurance plan, consumers are required to submit a year's worth of vet records as well as the birth date of their pet. This allows the insurance provider to adjust your pet's premium based on their age and breed. To qualify for accident coverage, pets must also be at least fifteen years old.

In addition to the two-day waiting period, Embrace allows pet owners to take their pet to any veterinarian in all 50 states. Within 10 days, the insurance company will reimburse clients for any service received. A policy does not cover breeds. Therefore, a cat or dog with a history that includes bilateral conditions will be more likely to suffer the same condition in future.

It provides a six-month waiting time for canine orthopedic conditions

The waiting period for certain orthopedic conditions such as hip dysplasia in canines is six months. Embrace pet coverage has this six-month waiting period. You can apply for a waiver to lower the waiting period. To waive this condition, your dog will need to be examined by a veterinarian. Your veterinarian will complete a veterinary Orthopedic Report Card, which you can submit to Embrace. If you meet the requirements, Embrace can reimburse you for the cost of this examination.

Different pet insurance companies have different waiting periods. Before you sign up, be sure to read the terms. For example, some companies have a four-day waiting period for accidents or illnesses. Others, however, have a 14 day waiting period. Embrace has a sixmonth waiting period for canine-related orthopedic conditions. But, if your dog has received a veterinary exam within the last six month, you can waive the exam.

It is reasonably priced

Embrace Insurance is competitively priced and offers a variety of options for its customers. Monthly premiums will be based on the age, breed, size and gender of your pet. In some cases, you can also reduce the cost of the policy by signing up for a Healthy Pet Deductible. This plan can help to avoid unneeded financial burdens in relation to pet care and medical expenses.

Embrace provides coverage for pets under the age 14 that covers them against illness and accident. This type insurance doesn't need to be renewed every year and also provides coverage for older pets in the event of an accident. The policy provides coverage for pre-existing and congenital conditions. Embrace also includes rehabilitation and other therapies. Embrace also offers plans that offer shorter waiting times for certain illnesses and accidents.
